Stars Acquire Brannen Greene from 87ers

SALT LAKE CITY (January 17, 2017) – The Salt Lake City Stars, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Utah Jazz,  announced today that they have acquired forward Brannen Greene from the Delaware 87ers in exchange for the returning player rights to guard Corey Hawkins.

Greene (6-7, 215, Kansas) has appeared in 15 games for the 87ers, averaging 4.9 points, 1.9 rebounds and 7.3 assists in 10.1 minutes of action.

The 22-year-old played three seasons at Kansas (2013-16), appearing in 93 games, averaging 4.6 points and 1.8 rebounds in 11.6 minutes per game.
